phl99 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "phl99," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the phl99 platform accessible at phl99.org, licensed and regulated under the applicable framework established by PAGCOR.
• "Platform" refers to the phl99 website, mobile browser experience, and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer tables, slots, and sabong.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered a valid phl99 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile, wallet, and associated gaming history maintained by phl99 for each verified Member.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds held in a Member's phl99 wallet, net of any applicable fees.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Member's account under current or past promotions.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gambling activities in the Philippines.

By completing the phl99 account registration process, checking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or otherwise accessing and using any phl99 service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You meet the age eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• The information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You accept that these Terms & Conditions, together with the phl99 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, form the complete and exclusive agreement governing your use of the phl99 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phl99 platform and contact support to request account closure.

To be eligible to register and maintain a phl99 account, you must:

phl99 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify a Member's eligibility. Where age or identity cannot be confirmed, phl99 may suspend the relevant account pending verification or permanently terminate the account if verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active phl99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name.
• A secure and unique password for your phl99 account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phl99 login credentials. phl99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Your phl99 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account, any credits, or any other rights associated with it to any third party.

phl99 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Members. As part of this process, phl99 may request the following documents before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash screenshot or bank statement).
• Additional documentation as reasonably required to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

phl99 does not impose deposit fees; however, third-party processing charges from GCash, banks, or blockchain networks are the responsibility of the Member. Deposits are generally credited to your phl99 wallet immediately upon confirmation, though processing times may vary by payment method.

phl99 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant Philippine government authorities as required by law.

Members may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account has successfully completed KYC verification.
• There are no outstanding investigations, fraud flags, or account holds on the Member's phl99 account.
• Any applicable Bonus Balance wagering requirements have been met or the Bonus Balance has been forfeited.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable to the chosen withdrawal method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified Members are typically completed within five to ten (5–10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three (1–3) business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

phl99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. In such cases, processing times may be extended.

phl99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available only to verified phl99 Members aged 21 and above.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household address, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games or bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables or specific slots) may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. phl99 shall not be liable for bets placed in error by the Member.
• In the event of a disputed result, the outcome as recorded by the phl99 gaming system shall be considered authoritative.
• Winnings from slot games using certified RNG software are determined by the game's published Return to Player (RTP) and paytable. Results are fully randomized and cannot be influenced by external parties.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical actions (e.g., card draws, dice rolls, roulette spins) conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the phl99 Sports Betting Rules, which govern void bets, result delays, in-play market suspension, and settlement timelines.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, phl99 will make all reasonable efforts to restore the session or credit the Member's account with the relevant outstanding balance. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phl99 platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with phl99.
• Creating or operating more than one phl99 account per individual.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access phl99 services or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud the phl99 platform or other Members.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in phl99's platform for financial gain.
• Using the phl99 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Facilitating access to phl99 by individuals who are known to be under 21 years of age or who are subject to a self-exclusion or gambling ban.
• Conducting chargeback requests on deposited funds after those funds have been used for gaming purposes.

phl99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings section. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure time alerts to notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Cool-Down Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their phl99 account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a permanent or extended self-exclusion from phl99, preventing access to all gaming services for the requested period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phl99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit:

• Commercial exploitation of any phl99 content, game data, or branding.
• Reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on any phl99 intellectual property without prior written consent.
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or using automated tools to extract information from the phl99 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl99 shall not be liable to any Member or third party for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings, whether arising from platform unavailability, game errors, or any other cause.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the phl99 platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Member's account due to the Member's failure to maintain account security.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures affecting areas within the Philippines.

phl99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

phl99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine government authority, court, or PAGCOR directing account restriction.
• The Member is determined to be under 21 years of age.

Upon account termination, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable amounts in connection with the termination reason will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance processes.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their phl99 account may do so by contacting phl99 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests or KYC obligations.

phl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, phl99 will notify active Members via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the phl99 platform before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the phl99 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using phl99 and contact support to close your account before the effective date.

The version of the Terms & Conditions currently published on phl99.org shall at all times be the operative version governing your use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or a Member's use of the phl99 platform.

Where a Member believes their complaint has not been adequately resolved by phl99, they may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established player complaint procedures.
